Front desk Security welcomes tenants and guest 24/7.  Security performs foot and mobile patrols and is equipped with camera surveillance providing peace of mind to our tenants and their guests.

Full Service Cafeteria

The Cafeteria is operated by Culinart Group, a food service operator offering an exceptional and varied menu along with custom requests and soup to nuts catering options for in-house meetings or conferences.

Starbucks

Our Cafe is open Monday - Friday and offers all of your Starbucks favorites along with a variety of grab-n-go items, sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit and much more!

All Fitness 24 Gym

All Fitness is open 24/7 and is free to all of our tenants.  The 4,100 SF facility offers a variety of exercise machines, free weights and cardio equipment, as well as personal training and group classes.

Daycare

Lots of Love Daycare offers a variety of indoor and outdoor daycare services including: Infant Nursery, Toddler Programs, Preschool for 3,4,5 yrs, Before and After School Programs, and Day of Drop Off Care.

Public Transportation

BCTP has 2 on-site SEPTA stops and is across the street from the Trevose Train Station.  Centrally located, BCTP is less than 1 mile from I-95, PA Turnpike, and Route 1.

Backup Generators

We house (3) one million watt generators.  Our facility can run 100% full power backup whenever needed.

Car Wash

BC Mobile Detailing is on-site every Tuesday, weather permitting.  They offer a variety of services from a basic car wash to interior detailing and hand waxing.

Laundry Services

Tenants can sign up for laundry and dry cleaning services. 

Simply leave clothing in the designated room and We Wash It will pick it wash, dry, fold, and drop back off.
